CRCi TouchPoint is a transformative initiative focused on empowering students, teachers, and the Nigerian education system through advocacy, direct involvement, and support. We believe every child deserves quality education and the tools to succeed.
Our Mission in Public Schools:
- Ignite the passion for learning: CRCi aims to develop robust reading habits among public school pupils and students, thereby broadening their perspectives, refining their communication abilities, and enabling them to apply effective study techniques for optimal performance in internal and external assessment.
- Empower with life skills: Through interactive workshops and excursions, we equip students with essential skills such as teamwork, financial literacy, time management, and creativity, thereby preparing them for real-world challenges.
- Support dedicated educators: We collaborate with teachers through regular workshops and seminars, fostering a collaborative and passionate learning environment.
What We Do:
- Weekly visits to public schools: Our dedicated facilitators visit six public primary and secondary schools every week, engaging students in libraries and classrooms.
- Literacy development: We promote reading sessions, teach grammar, and equip school libraries with books and furniture, fostering a love of learning.
- Life skills training: We take students on excursions and conduct workshops focused on practical life skills, preparing them for success beyond academics.
- Teacher support: We collaborate with teachers through regular workshops and seminars, empowering them with new ideas and resources.
- Donations to public primary and secondary schools: CRCi’s weekly school visits enable immediate identification and response to critical needs in Lagos public schools. Working with principals, headteachers, and partners, we deliver urgent support, including whiteboards, computer labs, branded educational materials, school uniforms, and imported library furniture.

Weekly School Visits
We have sustained weekly presence in targeted public schools in Lagos in the last seven (7) years. We engage willing students in reading and other learning activities focused on developing students’ critical thinking, communication, planning, and leadership skills.
Teachers Hangout
We collaborate with teachers in public schools to help them succeed at their jobs with the children. The Teachers Hangout initiative was set up to inspire, motivate, and train teachers working in public schools to enhance their effectiveness and reignite their passion for everyday success with the children.
CRCi Seniors Hangout
We train and inspire teens to develop growth-mindset, leadership capabilities, and a snag for success during their senior secondary education. We achieved this by extending learning outside the school environment. We embarked on visits to art galleries, conservation centers, arcades, tech cafes etc.
